Club Terms & Conditions
- Membership activation dependent upon purchase of three bottles of wine of equal or more value to the selected current quarterly shipment’s dollar amount. Activation bottles do not count toward the next quarter’s shipment.
- Each quarterly shipment will be automatically charged to the card on file prior to the release, as well as applicable shipping charges. Wines may only be shipped to legally compliant states and must be delivered to persons 21 years of age or older, adult signature is required.
- By signing up for the wine club, you are committing to a minimum of four shipments, with a minimum of three bottles per shipment (six bottle minimum for Obsession Club). To cancel your membership, please contact Ironstone Vineyards at least 30 days before your next scheduled shipment. Please note that cancellations made prior to completing four releases are subject to an early cancellation fee of $90.
- Ironstone Vineyards does not guarantee vintages or varietals after 90 days and may make comparable substitutions if necessary.
- Customers are requested to pick up or accept shipment of their wine within 90 days of release. Orders left unclaimed for 12 months, after reasonable attempts to contact the customer, will be considered abandoned and returned to stock.
- Wine Club Members enjoy complimentary wine tasting in the tasting room for you and up to four guests (six guests maximum).
- Wine Club Members enjoy one complimentary estate tour per year, for you and up to four guests (six guests maximum). Reservations required, please contact Ironstone Vineyards to book your tour.
- Ironstone reserves the right to modify benefits or policies at any time without prior notice.
Shipping & Delivery
- Schedule: Our Wine Club shipments go out quarterly, so there’s something to look forward to each season. Contact our Wine Club Manager for more details.
- Shipping: We ship to all states where we are licensed to do so (list below). If you don’t see your state on the list, please reach out to our Wine Club Manager— we’re happy to see what it takes to get our wine to you!
- Shipping Cost: Flat-Rate $18 per shipment of 3 bottles. Free shipping with 6 or more bottles.
- Delivery: Please note that wines may only be shipped to legally compliant states and must be delivered to persons 21 years of age or older. Adult signature is require. If possible, a business shipping address is encouraged to ensure a smooth delivery.
